i am alive吉他弹唱：创作背景
因为第25届台湾金曲奖颁奖礼上的首度合作，林俊杰与杰森·玛耶兹发现彼此不仅在音乐理念上十分契合，也在许多看待事情的观点上不谋而合，林俊杰认为《I Am Alive》适合杰森来诠释，便邀请他合作，杰森答应了。
林俊杰把歌曲Demo寄给杰森后，杰森进行了配唱和和声，以及吉他弹奏，林俊杰则完成了这首歌的贝斯与鼓的部分，并使用人声Beatbox的方式呈现，而为了体现歌曲净化人心的感觉，林俊杰舍弃了电子乐器，所有的录制乐器都使用真实的声音。两人经过一来一往的反复修正，最终完成了这首作品。
